Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026

These terms govern your use of PRISM, the autonomous marketing platform operated by AI Foundry Ventures LLP (“PRISM”, “we”, “us”), Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or connecting a platform to PRISM, you agree to them on behalf of your brand.

The service

PRISM connects to the commerce, advertising and analytics accounts you authorise, audits your marketing spend and settlement, and runs specialist agents that draft and — within the autonomy limits you set — execute marketing actions. You remain in control: actions above the thresholds you configure require your review and sign-off.

Eligibility and accounts

Your responsibilities

Audit figures are estimates

PRISM’s audits, contribution-ROAS figures, over-attribution multiples, settlement reconciliations and projected impact are analytical estimates derived from the data you connect. They depend on the accuracy and completeness of that source data and are provided for decision support. They are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and we do not warrant that any projected saving or return will be achieved.

Intellectual property

The platform, its software and its underlying models are owned by AI Foundry Ventures LLP. Your data and the brand knowledge PRISM builds from it remain yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you. We claim no ownership of your data.

Fees

Where a paid plan applies, fees and billing terms are as set out in your order or agreement with us. This page does not itself create a payment obligation.

Availability

We work to keep PRISM available and accurate but provide the service on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, with reasonable notice for material changes affecting active customers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PRISM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using PRISM and delete your connections and brand at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
